TV and radio star Gemma Atkinson took to Instagram today to remind herself of her goals for the year ahead. The former Strictly Come Dancing star posted what appeared to be a throwback picture that showed her holding up a sign which read: “Don’t be a little b***h”.

“Rule number 1. Show up! That’s all you have to do,” she informed her 1.6 million followers.
“Take that step and show up!” she encouragingly added.

“Put yourself forward for that promotion at work.
“Do that thing you put off in 2020 because you thought it was pointless. It isn’t! Times gonna pass anyway so go do something with it! #wegotthis #2021,” she signed off.
Many took to the comments section of her post to share their thoughts, with some likening the actress to a famous American television star.
“Thought that was Jennifer Aniston then!” one social media user remarked.
“Me too!” another added.
“Jennifer Aniston vibes here,” a third person added in agreement.

Others thought Gemma’s advice was very timely.
“[I] Think this last year shows in the grand scheme, postponing stuff, waiting for the ‘right’ time, is daft, just go for it or give things your best shot.“
“So true,” a fifth fan commented, while another wrote: “The best advice.”
Gemma, who is in a relationship with Strictly pro Gorka Marquez, recently spoke out about how the COVID-19 pandemic had altered her plans.
Ahead of the new year, she informed fans that they were unable to visit the dancer’s family in Spain to see in the new year as planned because of travel restrictions in place to stop the spread of the virus.
“Should have been flying to Bilbao today to see Gorka’s family…”
“Can’t wait to get back and see everyone, they all miss Mia so much… hopefully in 2021,” she wrote on the picture-sharing site three days ago.
The couple are parents to one-year-old daughter Mia.
The Spanish dancer has had a tough year and was separated from his girlfriend and young daughter for 78 days while filming the 2020 series of Strictly Come Dancing.
