Sticking to the pastel colours, Amanda draped a chic powder blue coat with black buttons on top of her.
To accessorise, she wore a pair of nude open heels and opted for a pair of glamorous sunglasses, as well as a gold necklace.
Amanda went for a natural make-up look with a nude lip and her beautiful tresses were loosely curled.
The radio host beamed from ear to ear as she walked through Leicester Square on Thursday.
Her sighting comes after she broke down live on air as she paid tribute to the nurses who cared for her when she lost her son.

The television personality tragically lost her son in 2011 and personally thanked three of the nurses who helped her after he passed away while she was seven months pregnant.
Amanda noticed that her baby had stopped kicking, with doctors confirming the worst during a scan.
The blonde beauty paid tribute on International Nurse's Day and was joined by co-host Jamie Theakston and Kate Garraway as she discussed the heartbreaking moments.
She said: "I personally would love to thank the nurses … I know I talk about this a lot, and I never know whether I talk too much about it.
“But obviously, when we lost our son Theo to a still birth the hospital where I was looked after was unbelievable."
Becoming visibly upset, the co-host, who stunned in a Princess Diana inspired look, named the nurses who helped her through the trauma.
"Jacki Nash got me through so much, Pippa Nightingale and Natalie Carter," Amanda expressed.
“When I came out of a coma there was a nurse – who I never knew the name of – who brushed my tangled, matted hair from spending so much time lying down – who fed me, washed me and put me in a dressing gown so that when my family came to see me they wouldn’t be scare of me looking like Stig of the Dump.
"So whoever that was, I don’t know who you are, I will be forever grateful."
