There are some bikinis you wear to get all sporty in the water in, and then there are bikinis that you throw on when you’re really feeling yourself. Dua Lipa just whipped out one of those, and she’s giving off some major vibes.
The singer-songwriter dropped a series of pics of herself in a tiny crocheted bikini poolside and, damn. There’s Dua—and her ridiculous abs—kneeling by the pool, Dua and her abs hanging next to the water, chilling out with friends, and sprawled out on the side of the pool.
Dua kept the caption pretty vague: “🍄🫀🌼🌟🍉🌈🧃🧩🧸🎀❤️🔥🐇.” It would be hard to find the words to match the pool pics, tbh. Those snaps, and Dua’s abs, do speak volumes on their own.

People pretty much fell over themselves in the comments. “QUEEN,” one wrote. “Summer goals,” another said.
The “Levitating” singer has been sharing plenty of bikini pics this summer. Recently, she posed in a navy blue bikini. Before that, Dua donned string bikinis on vacay in Albania and relaxed in the sun in a blue floral bikini.
And, Dua works hard for those abs. For starters, she does early morning workout classes that start at 8:30 a.m.—they just can vary, depending on her mood. Dua told told Refinery29 that she’ll do Zoom classes, work out in her friend Ella’s Sculpt With Ella class, or get together “with my best friend Bunny who comes over to train me on days when I’m feeling super lazy and need someone to get me motivated.”
“Getting physical really starts my day off right,” she added.
If Dua is tight on time, she’ll do a HIIT workout—whatever she can do to work out every day, even if it’s just for a few minutes. “I try and work out as much as I can,” she told New Zealand magazine Viva in 2018. “I love doing something that’s really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session which I can do before I start my day. If I’ve got a really early call time, I don’t want to be waking up hours before I need to go and do a workout. So a high-intensity workout, shower, breakfast, and I’m on my way.”
Naturally, she gives her abs some solid TLC. Dua told Viva that she’s big on bicycle crunches and leg raises, along with planks. (Side note: Planks are her “least favorite.”)
Dua also eats well, and she tends to cook for herself. “I love cooking and being surrounded by my favorite people,” she told Refinery29. “With all the running around I do for work, it’s nice to come home, slow down, and connect with the food that nourishes my body and life.”
