Oher has claimed the Tuohys pocketed his portion of the royalty checks. The Tuohys have said he got his fair share.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/imagez.tmz.com\/image\/de\/16by9\/2023\/12\/01\/deda67f7143946cf97b8f6b5159ae583_md.jpg\"            loading=\"lazy\"          ><\/p>\n<p>According to the legal docs, Oher<strong> <\/strong>sent a slew of texts alleging he was &#8220;robbed of fifty million+&#8221; and then lowered his final offer to $10 mil.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/imagez.tmz.com\/image\/ef\/4by3\/2023\/12\/04\/ef925a6979c94a3dbdddcf8f3e16da8a_md.jpg\"          loading=\"lazy\"          alt=\"\"        ><\/p>\n<p>In one text, Oher wrote, &#8220;If something isn&#8217;t resolved this Friday, I&#8217;m going to go ahead and tell the world, how I was robbed by my suppose to be [sic] parents.
