After her time on Celebrity Big Brother, Roxanne Pallett was pushed further into the spotlight.
The former Emmerdale actress became one of the most controversial characters to join the line-up after she accused Ryan Thomas of “punching” her.
Following the backlash, Roxanne left the CBB house and went into hiding – and she’s since made a comeback and talked on mental health.
However, after her recent talk on the topic, Roxanne has shared a cryptic message on her Instagram, hinting people are ignoring her.
“Nobody ever seems to answer when you call”
She wrote: “Everyone seems to always have their phone in their hands.
“But nobody ever seems to answer when you call.”
It comes after she spoke on her challenges with mental health at the Music For Your Mind event in Manchester.
Speaking on Instagram, she said: “I’ll be speaking at the event to help artists raise awareness and funds for mental health art therapy workshops.
“Although I’m extremely nervous, I know that sharing our stories, experiences, fears, flaws and recoveries are what can help the next person feel less alone.”
The organisers added: “Roxanne will be speaking about her battle with depression and PTSD for the first time.”
Roxanne admitted her outburst on CBB was the result of her PTSD and Panic Disorder being left untreated.
She has since been very open about her struggles with mental health and following the scandal on the show she’s visited a therapist.
Staying out of the public eye for months until she felt ready to return, Roxanne kept herself private.
In the months since, she ended her engagement and is working on her mental health.
While she hasn’t been overthrown with work, Roxanne landed her first gig talking in Manchester last week.
