Miley Cyrus took to the stage in Los Angeles last night to perform an emotional tribute to the late Chris Cornell.
The Audioslave and Soundgarden frontman passed away in May 2017 at the age of 52.
On Thursday night, the stars were out in force with the likes of Miley, Metallica and the Foo Fighters entertaining fans at the Forum for the I Am The Highway: A Tribute to Chris Cornell memorial concert.
After the gig, newlywed Miley shared a clip of her heartfelt rendition of As Hope and Promises Fade with her followers on Twitter .
She wrote alongside it: "Say Hello to Heaven…. had a heavenly experience with you tonight, Chris. We felt you and heard you…. your words and spirit filled the room…. there was an overwhelming feeling of so much love… we miss you deeply … tonight was an honor…"
The I am the Highway concert was hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, with proceeds going towards The Chris and Vicky Cornell foundation.
It comes after Miley responded to rumours she and husband Liam Hemsworth are expecting their first baby.
Reports in Australian actor Liam’s home country had suggested singer Miley, 25, was pregnant, a month after the pair tied the knot in a secret ceremony.
A source reportedly told OK! Australia that the couple were expecting a baby girl and would also be relocating Down Under, so that the child could be brought up Down Under.
But Miley used the viral egg meme to tell fans she’s NOT going to be a mum just yet.
Responding to a report on Twitter , she said: "I’m not ‘Egg-xpecting’ but it’s ‘Egg-celent’ to hear everyone is so ‘Happy For Us’ …. we’re happy for us too! ‘Egg-cited’ for this next chapter in our lives…. Now , can everyone leave me alone and go back to staring at an egg."
The egg she referred to is from an Instagram account, which earlier this week became the most liked post on the social media platform, taking the record from Kylie Jenner .
Miley also posted a picture of herself with an egg superimposed over her stomach.
